Vintage 70s handmade Victorian/Prairie style baby blue dress with tons of ruffles and puff sleeves. Gave me Anne of Green Gable vibes, but it doesn’t fit me anymore :((. Has no size tag but would best fit around a size small (please see measurements below for best fit). Has some very light staining and small tears on a few seams Both are hardly noticeable. Is otherwise in great condition.
I do my best to document the condition accurately but do occasionally miss small flaws. Sold as is. Final sale.
