This is such a dream 80s party dress. Has a puffy skirt with netting underneath. Black Velvet body with psychedelic patterned green shiny skirt and sleeves. Elasticated at the sleeves. One flaw under the dress at the back has some tearing at the bottom of zip area pictured, can be mended but wearable as its not visible when worn. Very puffy fun skirt. 3 small dot marks on back of sleeve and small scratch mark show on last pic Armpit to armpit 14 inches and from shoulder to bottom of skirt is 37 inches.
