VINTAGE MADE IN JAPAN 5 IN SMOOTH MOUTH RING SNAFFLE BIT WITH LEATHER CURB STRAP
This is a clean pre owned Western Snaffle Bit made from durable polymer material with a unique design to encourage bit acceptance and promote sensitivity without harsh metal edges.  Made from a space age polymer, this 6 inch wide jointed snaffle bit provides a gentler mouthpiece for a happier horse.  This pre owned bit is clean and has been well maintained.   This size is perfect for larger headed horses and mules.

This vintage, Made in Japan stamped plated iron bit has 2-1/2 inch diameter rings and a jointed 5 inch wide smooth snaffle mouthpiece.  The single-jointed mouthpiece applies specific pressure to the tongue, lips and bars of the horse's mouth when the reins are engaged.  The traditional ring cheek piece gives this bit a classic finish suitable for several English and Western disciplines.  The bit is in clean, well maintained vintage pre owned condition with light rusting.
