Vintage Mexican artisan brooch/pendant featuring a mosaic inlay of turquoise, lapis, and other stone chips in a geometric motif. Five dangling drops add dynamic movement— three appear to be original and two were thoughtfully added using resin-composite elements to match the palette. The setting is stamped 925 and signed “VM HECHO EN MEXICO” with eagle mark (the longer addition tassels may not be 925– untested). Dual bail and pinback for versatile wear.
Measures approx. 1.75” total length. A unique and wearable piece of folk art with pre-Columbian style influence.
