This is a really fun vintage Oleg Cassini blue midi pencil dress with a ruffle at the hem. Looks to be from the 80s and it has shoulder pads and gold button accents. Back zip closure. Definitely a blast from the past. Size is determined by tags (vintage tends to run small) so please also see measurements. Thanks!
