Absolutely stunning Plum Star Sapphire, just shy of 4 carats. It is 9mm round and I've done the "is it real" tests where you use a flashlight and the only the stone color should reflect back(it does) as well as the breath test where you breathe on the sapphire and because they conduct heat the fog your breath causes on the stone should disappear with a second or 2. If it takes longer then your sapphire stone is fake. Both of mine disappeared within 2 seconds.
