Vintage Portait of a Woman with Gold Frame and Light

I purchased this at an Estate Sale. I instantly fell in love with her. The light, the woman - who is she/was she? ... the frame, the texture. I have no idea what paint type was used - oil/acrylic/ or such but it's a beautiful, Textured piece on a canvas like material.

I cannot say who it is but it is marked Alice Booth 41. I figured that was who painted this woman and the year she did so. The estate was very old, very vintage with lots of beautiful antique and vintage items. I am selling a few frames - 1 that has an older version of who I believe is the same woman in this piece.

I will be shipping this without the light bulb due to high possibility of breakage. I wanted to show that it does indeed light up and work - older vintage lighting, use at your own discretion, or swap it out for a more modern light kit.
