Rare complete set of six mid-century modern Sallingboe Denmark wooden Viking figures.
Crafted in Denmark during the 1960s, each figure is hand-turned from teak and beech, accented with brass, leather, rope, and genuine fur. The playful yet minimal design epitomizes Scandinavian craftsmanship and humor of the era.
All six Vikings are in excellent vintage condition, retaining their original accessories (shields, swords, spears, maces, and parcels). One still bears the original red Sallingboe Denmark foil label.
