Vintage Set of Two Yellow Pottery Bowls: BETTY CROCKER & BAUER POTTERY

Set of two vintage ceramic pottery yellow mixing bowls. One bowl is BETTY CROCKER (printed on bottom) ringware design. In super condition with the exception of mild surface marked on interior of bowl base due to mixing use. This vintage bowl was part of a General Mills promotion in the 1940s where customers could obtain a bowl like this by sending in a Bisquick box top and fifty cents! Printed on bottom "BETTY CROCKER GM" indicates General Mills. DIMENSIONS: 8.5" diameter x 3.5" depth. Other bowl is BAUER POTTERY RINGWARE mixing bowl. The bowl features concentric rings around the exterior. Made of earthenware clay with yellow glaze. BAUER POTTERY operated in Southern California from the late 1800's to the early 1960's. This particular ringware piece was first introduced in 1933. It is in wonderful condition with the exception of a teeny-tiny paint chip inside interior bottom. (shown in last photo).
