This is a vintage blue glass decanter made by Indiana Glass Company for Tiara Exclusives and sold at home parties in the 1970's. It is titled Jolly Mountaineer but is sometimes simply referred to as Old Man. The decanter comes with a glass cup on the top and stands about 10 inches tall to the top of the cup. It is in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Please see all the photos for more details.
