The center is decorated with a hand-painted floral motif, likely red or orange flowers with green leaves.
Made in Japan.
The basket is likely from the Morimura Brothers, an importer who used the "Nippon" mark on porcelain exported from Japan between approximately 1891 and 1921. ( Google lens )
