Vintage Woden No.4 Smoothing Plane England Original Decal Wood Handles

Authentic Woden No. 4 smoothing plane, made in England, an excellent example of mid-20th-century British toolmaking.


This plane retains the original Woden transfer decal on the lever cap and a clearly stamped “ENGLAND” sole, both strong indicators of originality prized by collectors.


Features original wooden front knob and rear tote, correct hardware, and steel body with natural, untouched patina.


Finish wear, oxidation, and age marks are consistent with an honest, unrefinished survivor. Wood handles are intact with no visible cracks. Blade and adjuster present and functional.


Highly desirable as a collector-grade example, display piece, or careful restoration candidate. Increasingly hard to find with decal intact.
