This item is a WATERMAN Expert Deluxe White CT fountain pen, Fine nib (F). It is a higher-end model of WATERMAN's popular "Expert" series and is now discontinued.
I purchased it at CHIKUHO in Takadanobaba.
As you can see in the photos, there are scratches overall. Also, the nib is slightly bent. I have confirmed that it does not affect writing, but please note that it is finer than the original F (closer to EF) and has less flexibility.
