Redshank Scotland Pure wool Hand finished Could be 1.5 inch less or .5 inch more at waist. Made with 5.5 yards of tartan wool fabric. Sign of a good kilt. Length 28 inch Buttons at the back and front to take braces you'd need to find strong braces as this kilt is heavy and good quality ( I took the advice of a Scot with kilts) As for whose clan it belongs to maybe a Fraser, maybe a MacRae. Spent a while looking in the above book but I wouldn't dare say for sure. But you might know yourself or know a man who does. Buttons for braces if wanted. Worn once if ever.
